01
Account and service terms
The patient first acknowledges the current Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and medical boundary. This does not replace the separate permissions below.
02
Case processing
A required authorization permits Navelia to receive, store, validate, scan, extract, translate, organize, and review submitted information for the requested case-management and coordination purpose.
03
Doctor or hospital sharing
External sharing is a separate required choice. Only the selected case material needed for the case-specific pre-review or coordination request should be disclosed, and the disclosure remains auditable.
04
Cross-border processing
International coordination may require information to be processed or received across borders. The patient is asked for separate authorization for that purpose before a formal case is submitted.
05
Optional model improvement
Permission to use de-identified case data for model improvement is optional and separate. Declining it does not prevent the basic coordination service. Direct identifiers are not a substitute for de-identification controls.
06
Control, withdrawal, and records
Consent choices, policy versions, time, request context, and case reference are recorded. A patient may request a future change through an authenticated channel, but withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed and may not remove records subject to safety, audit, or legal retention. A guardian or representative must have authority to act for the patient.
