Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before work starts for a full refund. Before full delivery, we may retain only reasonable fees for work actually completed and priced in the terms you accepted before payment. Without an agreed itemized price breakdown, cancellation before full delivery receives a full refund, including the standard US$49 case review. If Navelia cannot deliver the agreed core service, we refund that service fee in full.

For every line, write down the amount, currency, payee and payment date. Keep the quote and cancellation terms together.
Hospital and clinician
Request an itemized estimate for consultations, tests, the procedure, anaesthesia, medicines and the hospital stay. Ask how additional tests or extra nights are charged.
Case review and coordination
Record the Navelia service fee separately. List the included work, any deposit and the refund terms. Keep optional services on separate lines.
Flights and accommodation
Budget for the patient and any companion, local transport and a flexible return date. Compare change fees as well as ticket and room prices.
Language and daily support
Write down which appointments need interpreting and who will accompany you. Ask which hours are included and the rate for extra support.
Care after returning home
Arrange a local follow-up contact. Ask about the cost of appointments, rehabilitation and repeat tests, and which reports the local team will need.
Payment and changes
Check the quote expiry date, billing currency, card or transfer fees and deposit deadline. Set aside a separate allowance for changes to the agreed itinerary.
