3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are submitting information on behalf of another person (such as a family member), you represent that you have their authorization to do so.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

6. User Responsibilities

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVELIA HEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any medical outcomes or treatment results
- Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
- Delays or failures in coordinating with healthcare providers
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or information
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE PLATFORM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navelia Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
